Early In-Person Absentee Voting
Early In-Person Voting always starts the Tuesday, two weeks prior to the each Election. Absentee hours will be from 8:30 AM until 4:00 PM, Monday thru Thursday, and Fridays from 8:30 AM until Noon. Please remember to bring your Wisconsin Driver License (or other qualified proof of identification). Please visit bringit.wi.gov if you need to know what other documents qualify for photo ID.
Absentee Voting by Mail
To request an absentee ballot by mail you must first be registered to vote in the Village of Waterford. If you are already registered, please go to the My Vote website. The deadline to request a ballot by mail is the Thursday before the election, however the ballot must be back to the Village Clerk before close of polls on Election Day.
Did you know?
The only way to feed your own ballot into the ballot machine is to come and vote on election day. All other forms of voting (whether it be Early In-Person Voting or Absentee Voting by mail) are an envelope process, whereby the ballot is fed into the machine on Election Day by Election Inspectors.
