Please call 262-534-2760 for information about water bills. Water Bills are mailed quarterly, on or before the 20th of December, March, June, and September. Payment is due by the 20th of the following month - January, April, July, and October each of these months and may be dropped off in the white payment box across from Village Hall at 123 N River Street.

Public Fire Protection

As of March 2020, the Public Fire Protection charge will be collected on the utility bills instead of property taxes. This will be a charge collected each quarter. For more information about Public Fire Protection charges, see here. 

Drop Off Box

For your convenience, there is a drive-by drop box directly across from Village Hall. Payments are collected at the beginning of each business day. To avoid a 3% penalty, payment must be received by the due date.

View and Pay Bills Online

Customers can now register online to view utility bills, opt out of paper bills to receive bills through email, and set up payment options. Accepts Discover, MasterCard, Visa and e-check. A $1.00 convenience fee is added to checking and savings account payments and 2.25% is added to credit and debit card transactions.
