Elections & Voting
Village of Waterford elections are held and conducted according to State of Wisconsin election laws. All residents of the Village vote in the lower level of Village Hall.

Fox River
The Fox River, a natural resource gem with many facets, runs through the Village of Waterford and is the source of its name as the place to ford the river. The Village of Waterford recognizes the value of the river for the quality of life for residents, recreational activities such as canoeing/kayaking, fishing, nature and wildlife enjoyment, and economic development, but at the same time, is committed to preserving and protecting this natural resource.
